A number of significant steps forward in person-centred care have taken place in China. The Person-centred Care Hearing Research Center (PCCHRC) was established in Xuzhou Medical University in China on 18 April 2025.
At the same time, the PCC Alliance was also officially established with 12 key leaders in hearing health care from across China. Led by Dr Mei Dingxiang Feng, the team members have worked together for five years and have greatly advanced PCC in China. The first three-day PCC seminar was also successfully conducted in Xuzhou with 37 hearing care professionals during 18 – 20 April, as a collaboration between the PCCHRC and the PCC Alliance.
