On 3 March, thousands of people in over 100 countries joined together to celebrate World Hearing Day and to work together towards patient-centred ear and hearing care for all. This day also marked the historic launch of the first ever WHO World Report on Hearing, a comprehensive document that outlines the state of the world with regard to hearing care and a path toward more inclusive services for hearing loss and deafness.
