In line with the announcement from Boston Scientific informing customers that they will cease global production of the Lumenis range of CO2 lasers at the end of 2024, Carleton Medical Ltd wish to reassure continuation of service as follows:
- Carleton as the UK distributor will continue to offer high quality training and support for Lumenis CO2 lasers
- Carleton will continue be the UK contact for the purchase of fibres and accessories.
- Service/Maintenance agreements will continue to be provided directly by Boston Scientific for 7 years.Carleton Medical has also signed an agreement with Jena Surgical to provide their comprehensive CO2 range, as the exclusive UK distributor. The Jena lasers are available from the NHSSC framework and offer a seamless transition in terms of CO2 usage.
