Healthy Hearing is excited to announce that they have appointed Tim Clark as their new CEO. Tim has an enviable and proven track record within the hearing aid industry and joins Healthy Hearing from Starkey Hearing Laboratories in the UK where he was Managing Director.
Tim will work alongside the management team to grow Healthy Hearing and take it to the next level via acquisition and organic growth. Tim’s experience has been in growth and development within manufacturers and also with retailers. Tim has grown Starkey to an amazing 300% profit increase in only two and a half years.
At the core of Tim’s skill set is a qualified accountant who operated in the capacity of Finance and Operations Director at Sonova. Whilst working for 11 years at Sonova (Phonak), Tim completed over 120 individual investments which ranged from small independents to multiple acquisitions. Tim took a failing small business arm of Sonova, FM systems, and grew it over two years to be a multi-million pound operating channel within the group.
Tim is delighted to join Healthy Hearing and help drive and support the planned expansion of the business. He stated “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining one of the most highly regarded independent retailers in the country. I am hugely grateful for the opportunity the directors and management have given me. When I was offered the role, it was an easy YES!”
