Prof Lund deals with all sinonasal conditions and has been involved in endoscopic sinus surgery since the early 1980s. She has contributed extensively to the literature, is a co-chairman of EPOS and has participated in a number of other Consensus documents including ARIA and, most recently, ICOR. In 2008 she was awarded a CBE for services to medicine by the Queen, is a member of the German Academy of Science (Leopoldina) and is an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
