My region is a very wide area with different geographical, cultural and ethnic variations. You can find desert, rivers, mountains, forests and seas. This was reflected in the health problems including ENT; we can face bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic infections, some of which are endemic. Also allergies, beside the congenital conditions, due to the traditions like consanguinity.

Medical care is not homogeneous. Although modern well-equipped hospitals and centres are available in most cities, many other rural areas lacks suitable services.
